Dow Jones (Wall Street Cash), De DAX (Germany 30 Cash), UK 100 ( UK 100 Cash) – Only two days before the conclusion of the US presidential race, the FBI concludes Hillary Clinton didn’t commit a crime in her handling of emails as secretary of state which again roiled the U.S. presidential race and markets. Rival Donald Trump implored his followers to overcome a “rigged system” that he said protected Clinton from prosecution. Current levels 18,118pts, 10,385pts, 6,765pts (Bloomberg / Reuters)

Barratt Developments (BDEV.L), Bovis (BVS.L), Bellway (BWY.L), Persimmon (PSN.L), Taylor Wimpey (TW.L) – Keep an eye out for Halifax house price data out from the UK this am at 08:30am, the print is likely to shed more detail on the strength of the UK housing market since the EU vote, house builders fell as much as 6% in Friday trading. HSBC Holdings Plc (HSBA.L) - Reported Q3 adjusted pretax profit which rose 7% from a year earlier to $5.59bn, compared with the $5.29bn average estimate of five analysts. The CEO pared costs and bolstered the lender’s capital cushion. The shares jumped by the most in two months in Hong Kong. Closing price 594.80p (Bloomberg)

Ryanair Holdings Plc (RYA.L) - Lower fares help the airline draw customers and boost profit in difficult market conditions with airport strikes, terrorism, the adverse economic impact of the Brexit weighing on business according to the CEO. It plans to serve 11% more customers by 2024, 200m up from a previous target of 180m. Passengers in H1 rose 12% to a record 64.8m, pushing after-tax profit 7% higher to €1.17bn, planning to share returns with investors by buying back stock, watch out for sector peer movement. Closing price 12.77c (Bloomberg)
