Ashtead Group Plc (AHT.L) – Reported Q3 pre-tax profit up 28%, £178.7m versus £139.1m y-o-y, with Q3 rental revenue up 33% y-o-y. The company expects full year results to be in line with forecasts and EPS higher by 28% at 23pp share, board outlook is confident. Closing price 1744.00p (Bloomberg)

Direct Line Group (DLG.L) - Reported a 22% fall in its operating profit and halves its dividend after the government changed the discount rate, pushing up lump sum payments. Analysts found results were still better than expected. Operating profit from continuing operations was £403.5m versus £520.7m previously. Its profit would have been £578.6m without the discount rate change. Closing price 348.30p (Reuters)

Intertek Group Plc (ITRK.L) – Will pay a 43pp share dividend to shareholders which is up 19.3%, with full year revenue increasing 18.5% to £2.567bn. Closing price 3594.00p (Reuters)

Just Eat PLC (JE.L) – Announced full year revenue was marginally up, £375.7m produced against an estimate of £372.9m coming in at the top end of the forecast range anticipated of £371.0m-£375.0m. Closing price 518.00p (Bloomberg)
