Paddy Power Betfair (PPB) - The betting chain's CFO Alex Gersh is to step down after six years in the role once a successor has been appointed.
Rolls-Royce (RR.) - The engine manufacturer is expected to announce a £300m bill for the fixing of problematic engines on Boeing’s 787 Dreamliner when it reports annual results on Wednesday, according to the FT. This is a dramatic increase on first half costs of £30m, and above initial provisions of £59m.
Trinity Mirror (TNI) - The newspaper owner announces FY revenues down 12.6% (falling 8.8% like-for-like), with operating profit down by 9.3% and pre-tax profit down 8%. However, margin improved by 70bps, with management increasing div by 6%, claiming digital is growing while its pension deficit lower. The company is to propose changing its name to Reach plc after the recent acquisition of the Daily Express and Daily Star.
