McCarthy & Stone PLC (MCS.LN) – Saw a 25% fall in H1 pre-tax profit after selling fewer homes, pre-tax profit of £21.8m in the six months ended Feb 28 down from £29m y-o-y, it is on track to meet its full-year expectations.
