BHP Billiton (BLT.L) - agreed with Vale to a 2yr delay in settling a $41bn civil suit for the 2015 Samarco dam collapse (still to be Federally approved). No time frame on restart of Samarco iron-ore mine. Closing price 1602.80p (DowJones)

Anglo American (AAL.L) - reports cycle 5 diamond sales of $575m, +3.8% sequentially, +6.2% YoY. Closing price 1620.20p (DowJones)

Inmarsat (ISAT.L) – Yesterday, reports suggested a potential offer for Inmarsat from telecoms provider Eutelsat, which has been denied today. Closing price  632.20 (Sigma Squawk)

Carpetright PLC (CPRC.L) - FY group rev. -3%, adj. EBITDA -77.6%, net debt jumps 5.4x on poor operating performance and tighter credit from suppliers. Recent trading disrupted by restructuring, but improved since CVA approval and equity raising. Closing price 30.00p (Reuters)

Intl. Cons. Airlines PLC (IAG.L) - Prime Minister Theresa May said the £14bn Heathrow, which is operating at full capacity shows Britain is open for business after Brexit. Expansion is due to commence in 2021 and completion of the project is due in 2026. Closing price 699.20p (Reuters)

Easy Jet PLC (EZJ.L) – CEO said he would be interested in setting up a base in Heathrow after lawmakers approved 3rd runaway. Closing price 1725.00p (Reuters)
