RSA Insurance (RSA) - Posted a 2015 operating profit of £523m, up 43% year on year ahead of analyst expectations. Net written premiums down 3% but in line with forecasts. It would pay a final dividend of 7p and total dividend of 10.5p, compared with a forecast of 10.4 pence. Closing price 394.50p (Reuters)

RELX Plc (REL) – Reported a 3.4% rise in underlying profit and said it increased its dividend for 2015 and also its buyback target for 2016, a 40% increase from last year to £700m. Closing price 1217.00p (Reuters)

Lloyds Banking Group (LLOY) – Set aside another £2.1bn cover mis-sold loan insurance after reporting a 5% rise in its underlying full-year profit of £8.1bn for 2015, (£7.8bn for 2014 / £6.4bn estimated) but a 12% decline in pretax profit to £1.6bn from £1.8bn. Ordinary dividend of 2.25p per share and a special dividend of 0.5p per share. Closing Price 62.20p (Reuters)
