ARM Holdings (ARM.L) – Unveiled a new chip design on Tuesday suited for factory automation, cars and home security systems, underscoring the company's focus on a growing wave of Internet-connected industrial and household devices. Closing price 916.50p. (Reuters)

Royal Bank of Scotland (RBS.L) – Said the initial public offering of Citizens Financial Group Inc was priced at $21.50 per share, valuing its U.S. unit at about $12bn. Closing price 357.90p. (Reuters)

Topps Tiles (TPT.L) – Revenues are expected to be £195m (2013: £177.8m). L-F-L revenues are expected to show an increase of 8% on prior year (2013: decrease of 0.5%). Expects adjusted pre-tax profit will be £17m (2013: £13.0m), an increase of 30% on the prior year  Confident that we can make further progress during year that lies ahead.
