Tullow Oil (TLW.L) - Drilled a dry well in the Norwegian Sea, about 14 kilometres southeast of the Heidrun field, partner North Energy said on Tuesday. Tullow holds 60% of the licence, Lime Petroleum owns 25% and North Energy has 15%. Closing price 366.20p (Reuters)

Petrofac Ltd (PFC.L) - Said it expected its net profit for the year to be weighted towards H2. It’s order book at the end of May had grown to $20.5 billion. Petrofac also expects to incur about £30m in pretax costs due to completion and pre-commissioning works. Closing price 869.50p (Reuters)

LADBROKES (LAD.L)  - Said on Monday evening that it was in talks with the board of Gala Coral Group Limited to combine their businesses and list on London's stock market. Closing price 122.10p (Reuters)

G4S Security services group (GFS.L) - Has drawn up plans with Greece's central bank to keep the country's cash machines stocked in the event of a full-blown economic crisis. Closing price 285.00p (Reuters)

Lloyds Banking Group (LLOY.L) – Britain has reduced its stake in Lloyds Banking Group to below 17%, the finance ministry said in a stock market disclosure on Tuesday. Closing Price 87.08p (Reuters)
