Crest Nicholson (CRST) - The housebuilder faces a potential revolt at its AGM today over the company's CEO moving to take up the Chairman role. It announces trading robust and forward sales in-line with expectations ahead of the meeting.

GlaxoSmithKline (GSK) & Reckitt Benckiser (RB.) - Reckitt has ended discussions with Pfizer about its Consumer Healthcare business, leaving GSK in pole position to land the $20bn unit.

Ted Baker (TED) - The clothing brand announces FY revenues climbed by 11.4%, with strong performances in both Retail (+10.4%) and Internet (+39.8%) segments. This helped pre-exceptional pre-tax profits increase by 11.7% and allowed a dividend increase of 12.1%. However, management warns that it expects external trading conditions to remain challenging across many of its global markets.
