Carpetright (CPR) - The embattled company has secured a loan from shareholders as it plans an equity raise worth £40-60m.

GVC Holdings & Ladbrokes Coral (GVC & LCL) - The UK Competition and Market Authority has cleared the £4bn merger between the two bookies, removing one of the final hurdles to the deal.

Kingfisher (KGF) - The B&Q and Screwfix owner announces FY sales increased 3.8%, although fell 0.3% at constant FX with adjusted pre-tax profit down 8.1%. The company's outlook is mixed by country, with the UK uncertain (B&Q, Screwfix weak in Q4) while France volatile as the company expects ongoing disruption 2018/19.

Royal Dutch Shell (RDSb) - The oil giant has released strong growth forecasts, highlighted by strong organic free cash flow figure as its downstream business transforms.

Vectura (VEC) - The pharmaceutical company maintains 2018 revenue growth expectations and reiterates previously-reduced R&D investment guidance of £55-65m for the year. It expects key Advair substitute (developed with Hikma Pharmaceuticals) to be released in 2020.
