Antofagasta (ANTO.L) - Protests and an adverse court ruling cast uncertainty over its key Los Pelambres mine, posted a 17.8% fall in core earnings. The company, is grappling with weaker copper prices. Annual H1 core profit, or (EBITDA), came in in line with a company-provided consensus forecast of $2.24 billion. It said the mine risked being closed after it was hit by a court ruling in favour of the protesters. Closing price 707.00p (Reuters)

Just Eat (JE.L), Said revenue would grow to more than £200m this year, continuing the core earnings for 2014 which have more than doubled to £32.6m. It posted revenue of £157m in 2014, up 62% on a year earlier. Closing price 363.30p (Reuters)

Kier Group Plc (KIE.L) -  Secures position on significant regional framework, wins £130m of new London contracts. Has been selected for all of three lots under southern construction framework, one of largest regional construction frameworks in UK. Expected value of more than £2bn. Closing price 1670.00p (Reuters)

Sainsbury's (SBRY.L) - posted a 5th straight quarter of declining underlying sales, it does not expect the trading environment to improve any time soon. Sales at stores fell 1.9% excluding fuel, in the Q4. Closing price 268.60p (Reuters)

BHP Billiton (BLT.L) – Has put far less debt than expected into its $13 billion South32 spin-off, positioning the company formed from its unloved assets to weather tough markets and still pay a dividend. Closing price 1416p. (Reuters)
