Petrofac (PFC) – In a bid to scale back its oil and gas production, it has agreed to sell 49% of its operations in Mexico to Perenco (Oil & Gas) International Ltd. Closing price 622.00p (Reuters)

Clarkson (CKN) – Claimed an unauthorized third party accessed computer systems in the UK last year. H1 profit falls almost -18% y-o-y, revenue down almost -2.6% and the company views a challenging trading environment in shipping and offshore capital markets. Closing price 2610.00p (Reuters)

Barratt Developments (BDEV), Bellway (BWY), Persimmon (PSN), Taylor Wimpey (TW) - U.K. house prices fall  5 months consecutively in July, the longest stretch of declines since the financial crisis. Home prices fell 0.2% from June, the average price lowered to £302,251 according to Acadata.  Q2 sales falling by 7% y-o-y and prices declining in almost two-thirds of the capital’s boroughs. Slower economic growth, uncertainty created by Brexit, inflation responsible. Closing prices 541.60p, 2878.00p, 2479.00p, 172.35p (Bloomberg)
