Tesco (TSCO.L) – Said it saw a fifth straight quarter of underlying growth, beating forecasts for full-year profit, showing operating profit of £1.28bn in the year to Feb. 25 2017 which was ahead of analysts' average forecast of £1.26bn, and an increase of 30% on the £944m made in 2015-16. Centamin (CEY.L), Fresnillo (FRES.L), Hochschild Mining (HOC.L), Randgold Resources (RRS.L) – Investors sought safety yesterday as geopolitical news sent the safe-haven yen and gold to five-month highs keeping equities restrained. Closing prices 182.90p, 1652.00p, 286.70p, 7580.00p (Reuters)

Barclays (BARC.L) - Investors have warned that it is "entirely possible" that British regulators would force Barclays CEO out of the job, the Telegraph reported. Closing price 215.00p (Reuters)

Dunelm Group PLC (DNLM.L) - Total revenue for Q3 rose by 11.4% to £255.1m. Total revenue, excluding Worldstores, rose by 1.0% to £231.3m. Total like-for-like (LFL) growth declined by 2.2%. Closing price 622.50p (Reuters)
