BT (BT.L) - Wins all live UK TV rights to Uefa champion’s league and Uefa Europa league games, Exclusive rights to all 350 matches a season for three years from 2015/16. BT has agreed to pay around £299m for 1 a season for the rights, an amount it today said it can incur without changing its current financial outlook Closing Price 370.69p (Reuters)

Hammerson (HMSO.L) - Total value of new leases signed year to date in 2013 is 82% higher than equivalent period in 2012.Signed 94 new leases across the portfolio year to date, representing £9.1m per annum. Overall occupancy in the portfolio remained above our target at 97.1%, On course to perform in line with our earnings guidance provided earlier this year. Closing Price 517.52p (Reuters)

Shire (SHP.L) – Agreed to buy ViroPharma for about $4.2 bn to create a leading force in treatments for rare diseases. Shire said it would pay $50 a share for ViroPharma, a 27% premium on Friday's closing price. Closing Price 2784.14 (Reuters)

Gulf Keystone Petroleum (GKP.L) - Expects conclusion of proposed admission to trading on main market to be as soon as practicable in 2014. English Commercial Court to hand down its full judgment on Excalibur case on 13 December 2013. Closing Price 170.00p (Reuters)

Admiral (ADM.L) - The number of vehicles on its books increased 3% in Q3. CEO Henry Engelhardt said the group vehicle count of £3.64m was lifted by expansion outside its core UK market. The international vehicle count rose by nearly a fifth to 500,000. Group turnover decreased by 7% to £528m in the Q3 compared with a year earlier. Closing Price 1272.78p (Reuters)

Redrow (RDW.L) – Private reservations for the financial year to date, at 1,400 homes, are up 52% on last year. Cancellation rates have reduced to 12% (2013: 17%) Average selling price of private reservations is 11% ahead of the same period last year, at £271,000. Closing Price 275.40p (Reuters)

Faroe Petroleum (FPM.L) – Oil discovery in the snilehorn well. Oil discovery in well 6407/8-6 and sidetrack 6407/8-6a on snilehorn prospect in norwegian sea. Main bore encountered oil columns totaling approx 191 metres in ile, tilje and grey-beds formations. Closing Price 131.50p (Reuters)
