Segro (SGRO.L) – Announces launch of a 1 for 5 rights issue to raise £573m in proceeds. Proceeds of £556m will be used to finance cash consideration of £216m for acquisition of 50% of airport property partnership. Closing Price 496.60p (Reuters)
