Lloyds (LLOY.L) - Sold a portfolio of UK commercial real estate loans to Promontoria Holding, an affiliate of Cerberus Global Investors, for £352m. Sale proceeds will be used for "general corporate purposes". Closing prices 78.04p. (Reuters)
Galliford Try (GFRD.L) - Appointed as a framework contractor to both lots 1 and 2 of midlands highway alliance framework. Framework lots have a current project combined value of up to £261 million, over initial three year term. Closing price 1138p. (Reuters)
ASOS (ASC.L) - Warned on Thursday it would be less profitable this year due to higher promotional activity and more sales of lower margin products. The group said it was also hit by the strong pound. Closing price 4523p. (Reuters)
