easyJet (EZJ.L) – CEO says it has "continued to execute its strategy, delivering another strong performance in the second half of the year.  This has enabled easyJet to deliver record profits for the fourth year in a row.  This will also lead to our largest ever ordinary dividend payment as we are also proposing to increase the proportion of our profits after tax paid in dividends from 33% to 40%". Royal Bank of Scotland (RBS.L) – Has hired Goldman Sachs to seek buyers for Coutts International and is expected to tell potential suitors that they will not be allowed to use the Coutts brand. Closing Price 358.80p (Financial Times)

Debenhams (DEB.L) & Sports Direct (SPD.L) – Britain's biggest sporting goods chain Sports Direct said it had acquired a further 4.6% stake in Debenhams, the country's second-biggest department store company, in a deal which strengthens ties between the retailers. Closing Prices 60.00p & 595.00p respectively (Reuters)
