Taylor Wimpey (TW.L), Redrow (RDW.L), Bovis Homes (BVS.L), Persimmon (PSN.L), Barratt Developments (BDEV.L) - JP Morgan turn Bullish on UK House Builders and issue new ratings. Closing prices 186.1p, 439.5p, 1106p, 1953p, 597.5p. (Bloomberg) 

Workspace (WKP) - Landlord for small businesses WKP reported a 42% rise in full-year net asset value (NAV) and promised a larger payout, helped by strong demand for its commercial rental spaces. Closing price 920p. (Reuters)

BHP Billiton (BLT.L) - Warned on Wednesday that a global oversupply of commodities that is putting pressure on prices is likely to be prolonged. Closing price 1383.5p. (Reuters) 

WPP (WPP.L) -  Investors should revolt at advertising group WPP's annual shareholders' meeting over pay, bonuses, board make-up and choice of auditor, leading European investor-voting advisory group PIRC said on Tuesday. Closing price 1549p. (Reuters)

Royal Mail (RMG.L) - Named joint TUI AG chief executive Peter Long as its new Chairman, replacing Donald Brydon who will depart in September. Closing price 524p. (Reuters)

Kier Group (KIER) -  Completes rights issue to fund Mouchel acquisition. Received valid acceptances in respect of 36,334,962 new shares, representing approximately 91.65% of total number of new shares to be issued. Closing price 1361p. (Reuters)
