Clarkson reports continued strong free cash flow generation.

Direct Line reported a fall in 2020 profit as weather-related costs in its home insurance line offset strong performance of its motor insurance business, which benefited from fewer claims due to COVID-19 restrictions. Their FY 2020 pretax profit of £451.4m was £58.3m lower than 2019.

Old Mutual expects their earnings to halve due to COVID-19 claims.

Pearson have said they will restructure the company to be able to serve consumers directly, after it posted 2020 operating profit in line with forecasts.
