Markets Overview:

 

UK 100 is called to open +4 points this morning at 6744.   The UK bluechip index is expected to open a slither higher this morning, on hope of optimism, as the UK passes the first stage of PM Boris Johnson "Road map to recovery".  Elsewhere The Ever Given, the vessel that has been blocking the Suez Canal, has been partially refloated and that has sent oil prices lower this morning.  In the US on Friday, the Dow Jones added 453 points at 33,073 on Friday while the S&P gained 65 points to 3,975 for a positive end to the week.  This morning in Asia, The Nikkei 225 was 350 points to the good at 29,526 this morning in Japan while in Hong Kong the Hang Seng index is 50 points stronger at 28,386.

AJ Bell says that their H1 dealing activity remains elevated as they expect H2 activity to be moderate but to meet market revenue estimates. They expect FY revenue to be at least £6m ahead of consensus forecasts.

 

Domino's Pizza agrees to sell Domino's Iceland for £13.7m.

 

SolGold says their recent exploration work has been encouraging, particularly at Porvenir.
