Markets Overview:

Meanwhile, the small cap focused Russell 2,000 rose by 2.76% to 2,076.  In Asia this morning, Japan’s Nikkei climbed 595 points or 2.22% to trade at 27,460 and Hong Kong’s Hang Seng notched 1.24% higher to 24,657.
