The UK 100 is called to open flat today at 7420. A flat open is expected this morning after the UK bluechip index hit fresh 22 month highs yesterday. It was a broadly positive day on Wall Street on Wednesday, after spending much of the session flat, the S&P 500 rose 0.14% to reach its 70th record closing of the year. The Dow Jones industrial index also ended the day at an all-time high, while the Russell 2000 rebounded and the Nasdaq 100 ended slightly lower.
Creightons reported that the Group has made significant progress in growing its core business during the first half year ended 30 September 2021. Core sales increased by £8.37m (40.2%)
