Markets Overview:

UK 100 called to open +21 points at 5990.  Asian markets followed the  US lead from Friday and finished in positive territory, as investors looked to more countries restarting their economies. This comes even as South Korea warns on a second wave of the coronoavirus as infections hit a one-month high, whilst new infections accelerated in Germany. Are the positive moves we are seeing a case of bad news is good news? Gold edged higher to $1706, as Brent oil sold off 1% lower to $30.75.
