Mitie Group, Rentokil Initial  -  Mitie Group will offload its pest control business for £40m in an all cash deal partnership with Rentokil. Closing prices 146.92p, 318.72p (Reuters)

Barratt Developments, Berkeley Group, Crest Nicholson - The UK PM has plans to impose higher taxes on foreign buyers of U.K. properties in the U.K, roughly half of all residential transactions in Central London.  The government is planning to launch a consultation to increase stamp duty between 1%-3% on individuals and companies not paying tax in the U.K., according to a report in the Sunday Telegraph. Closing prices 566.70p, 3683.70p, 351.78p  (Bloomberg / Sunday Telegraph)

Debenhams – Sees its insurance cover cut by credit insurer Atradius NV, putting further pressure on the struggling department store chain. Closing price 9.87p (Bloomberg)

Ryanair  – Has cut its 2019 profit guidance from a previous range of €1.25bn-€1.35bn down to a new range of €1.1bn-€1.2bn. Closing price €13.14

Late Friday Fitch revised its outlook on Thomas Cook to Negative ( affirms B+ rating) reflecting profits warning and setback to expectations. Closing price 57.9p
