Sky PLC (SKY.L) – Walt Disney Co. wins a U.S. antitrust approval for its $71bn purchase of 21st Century Fox Inc.’s entertainment assets, raising hurdles for a potential rival bid from Comcast Corp. Fox last week accepted a sweetened bid from Disney, which has upped its offer following Comcast’s competing $65bn offer. Closing price 1448.00p (Bloomberg)

Greene King PLC (GKN.L) – Said it’s LFL sales climbed 2.2% over the last eight weeks, supported by the good weather and sporting fixtures. £45-50m cost inflation is expected with £30-35m in a cost saving plan focusing on like for like growth. Closing price 636.40p (Dow Jones Newswires)

Tullow Oil PLC (TLW.L) – Said their debt could be reduced to $3bn by the year end if the oil price strengthens further. However, its Jubilee Field in Ghana is to shut down later this year for maximum 5 days. Closing price 249.90p (Reuters)

BP PLC (BP.L) – Said it has agreed to buy Chargemaster PLC, the U.K.'s largest electric-vehicle charging company, for an undisclosed sum. Chargemaster--which operates, designs, builds and sells electric vehicle charging units--will be rebranded as BP Chargemaster. Closing price 582.00p (Dow Jones Newswire)

Stagecoach Group PLC (SGC.L) – Saw its fiscal 2018 pretax profit increased five-fold on year, generating a pretax profit of £95.3m against £17.9m for the year ended April 29, 2017. Closing price 133.30p (Dow Jones Newswires)
