Kier Group PLC (KIER.L) – Has formed a joint venture with Homes England and CKH Developments Ltd. to build 5,400 homes over the next 10 years’ worth more than £27m to Kier holding a 69% stake in the venture. Equity funding of £47m from JV Partners and another £80m with be provided by third party lenders. Closing price 1082.00p (Dow Jones Newswires)
