Serco Group PLC (SRP.L) - Has won a $900m deal over 1 year with an option of an additional 4 years to support eligibility determinations for people purchasing health insurance via Federal Health Insurance Exchanges. Closing price 96.80p (Bloomberg)

WH Smith (SMWH) - Q3 Group Sales +4% (+1% Like-For-Like), Travel +8% (+3% LFL), High Street -1% (-1% LFL); broader economic uncertainty but still growing at home and abroad, confident in FY outcome. Closing price 1976p (DowJones)

Carpetright PLC (CPRC.L) - Has received acceptances for 214.1m new shares, representing 92.1% subscription, equating to £60m in an equity raise of the open offer. The placing and open offer remains conditional on shareholders voting in favor of resolutions in which the meeting is today at 4pm. Closing price 35.80p (Reuters)
