Wizz Air Holdings (WIZZ.L) – Saw its passengers in the month of May climb +18.1% with capacity also higher, up 17.1%. Closing price 3510.00p (Reuters)

IQE (IQE.L) – engaged in VCSEL qualification programs with over 10 additional key chip manufacturers. The first five reactors now on site. Its second five reactors are expected to be delivered starting with Q3, with commissioning later in 2018. Closing price 107.97p (Bloomberg)

DS Smith PLC (SMDS.L) – Has made an offer for Europac, valuing the company at €1.67bn, with implied enterprise value of €1.9bn. The Acquisition and refinancing of Europac debt will be part financed by £1bn rights issue and new debt. Closing price 561.60p (Bloomberg)

CYBG (CYBG.L), Virgin Money (VM.L)CYBG has raised its offer to buy Virgin Money by a 7% in the exchange ratio through an all-share combination. Closing prices 292.70p, 341.60p (Reuters)
