Johnson Matthey PLC (JMAT.L) – Saw full year revenue +4.0% above the average analyst estimates of £13.58bn, coming in at £14.12bn. Closing price 3388.40p (Bloomberg)

First Group PLC (FGP.L) - Rejected two approaches from a private equity firm in 2018 reported a -5% drop in adjusted pretax profit of £197m. In addition, the CEO has resigned after a poor set of full-year results after what its chairman called a disappointing year stating it was putting its Greyhound bus business in the U.S. under review. WPP PLC (WPP.L) - Institutional Shareholder Services (ISS) have declared support to the executive chairman recommending that shareholders re-elect Roberto Quarta at the company’s annual meeting on June 13. Closing price 1232.20p (Reuters)

Card Factory PLC (CARD.L) – Says like for like sales had fallen 0.4%, as it struggled in a tough retail environment with fewer customers visiting their stores saying ‘an ongoing sector trend of subdued footfall, impacted the like-for-like performance’. It was also on track to open 50 new stores. Closing price 218.55p (Reuters)

Meggitt PLC (MGGT.L), Wizz Air Holdings PLC (WIZZ.L)Meggitt has won a long-term contract to supply specially designed wheels and brakes to Wizz Air Holdings PLC, thought to be worth  more than $50m over starting from 2021. Closing price 486.31p, 3328.00p (Dow Jones Newswire)
