Ocado Group PLC (OCDO.L) – Kroger Co. have agreed to buy a 5% stake in Ocado Group Plc as part of a deal in which the U.K. online grocer will license its grocery home delivery technology to U.S. grocery chain. Closing price 556.60p (Bloomberg)
