Sky (SKYB.L) – 5% increase in like-for-like revenue, with operating profits up 22%, on the back of 38K new Q3 customers and UK Premier League rights extension to 2020. (Reuters)

Ultra Electronics (ULE.L) – A formal probe has been opened by the UK’s Serious Fraud Office into the company’s dealings in Algeria, related to “suspected corruption”. Note: the company referred itself to SFO and is cooperating. (Reuters)

Unilever (ULVR.L) – Met Q1 expectations, with 3.4% underlying sales. Turnover fell 5.2% on the back of FX fluctuations. (Reuters)

Debenhams (DEB.L) – UK department store rebased its dividend to 0.5p on the news of 52% decline in H1 profits. Group warned that FY profit expected to be on the lower end of consensus forecasts of GBP 50-61M. (Reuters)

Rentokil Initial Plc (RTO.L) – UK support services company announced 13.7% rise in Q3 revenue, boosted by its pest control division (Reuters)
