Admiral (ADM) - The insurer has announced pretax profits increased 43% (however only 4% pre-Ogden impact) while net revenues and UK Customers both 11% higher. The company has set the final dividend 12.6% higher than a year ago.
Foxtons (FOXT) - The estate agents' FY profits have fallen 65% as the London house selling slowdown weighs. The group has slashed its dividend to 0.7p from 2p.
ITV (ITV) - The broadcaster has announced FY revenues improve 4% (with broadcast and online -3%, while studios +13%), although EBITDA falls 5% (broadcast and online -7%, studios flat). The group has increased its dividend by 8%, but with ordinary dividend back to normal, no special dividend was announced.
St James’s Place (STJ) - The asset manager announces FY operating profits jumped 36%, and assets under management (AUM) increase 40%. The final dividend will be 33% higher YoY, while management maintains the 15-20% medium term business growth objective.
Taylor Wimpey (TW.) - The housebuilder sees FY revenues improve 7.9%, pre-tax profit before exceptionals increase 10.7%, although net profit down 5.8%. Completions increased by 4.6% and average selling price +3.5%, while 47% of homes have been forward sold but order book flat; confirms £500m dividend.
