Sky (SKY) - Comcast is attempting to outbid 21st Century Fox by increasing its offer for Sky to £12.50/share, 16% higher than Fox's bid, in a £22.1bn offer.
Standard Chartered (STAN) - The Asia-focused lender has reinstated its dividend after a 2-year hiatus, as the bank returns to profit. Operating income rose 2.6% to $14.4bn, its first increase after four consecutive years of top-line declines.
