The below stocks have been identified as having potential to register bigger than normal share price moves (up or down) today based on the news cited

Capita (CPI) - The outsourcer continues to expect underlying pre-tax profits to rise modestly in H2, however has signalled that 20a8 may be a difficult year as its business overhaul after a spate of profits warnings continues.

Lonmin (LMI) - The embattled platinum miner has accepted an all share offer from Sibanye-Stillwater for £285m, valuing shares at 86.3p or a 35% premium to yesterday's close.

Sky (SKY) - A $60bn deal between Disney and 21st Century Fox is expected to announced today, which would include Fox's 39% stake in the UK's Sky.

Sports Direct International (SPD) - The low-cost sportswear seller has backed expectations for underlying FY18 EBITDA growth of 5-15%, despite announcing a sharp fall in HY profits YoY.
