The below stocks have been identified as having potential to register bigger than normal share price moves (up or down) today based on the news cited

Associated British Foods (ABF) - The Primark owner saw retail expansion continue while keeping margins in-line, however its vast Sugar business was impacted by lower EU prices. Despite this, the company hiked its dividend by 12%.

Direct Line Group (DLG) - The insurer has warned that restructuring plans may incur an impairment charge, although expects to meet its FY targets. Q3 premiums were reported up 3%.

Imperial Bands (IMB) - The tobacco giant reported an 8.2% increase in FY net revenue and sales broadly in-line with expectations, although at constant currency the former fell 2.6%. Adjusted operating profit of £3.8bn beat the average analyst expectation of £3.6bn.

Sky (SKY) - Disney made an approach for the majority of 21st Century Fox's assets - including Sky - although talks have since ended. The deal, would have seen Disney purchase television and entertainment assets, however would leave Fox's sports offering. Yesterday, Ofcom found that Fox news breached broadcasting standards on two separate occasions earlier this year.
