Standard Life PLC (SL.L), Aberdeen Asset Management Group (ADN.L) - Shareholders, yesterday approved the company’s merger with Aberdeen Asset Management Plc to 98.6% in favor to form the U.K.’s largest active manager in a deal that values Aberdeen at about £4bn.
