G4S Plc (GFS.L) – Disposes of its Youth Services Llc for $56.5m to BHSB Holdings Inc paid in cash. Closing price 304.30p (Reuters)

Lloyds Banking Group PLC (LLOY.L) - The British government has reduced its holding in the bank to less than 2%, recovering over £20bn of the £20.3bn taxpayers injected into Lloyds during the financial crisis, the Treasury said in a statement. Closing price 66.32p (Reuters)

Reckitt Benckiser Group Plc (RB.L) -  Is beginning a strategic review of its food business, and agreed to buy infant-formula maker Mead Johnson Nutrition Co. for $16.6bn. French’s Food is “non core” though it has a “history of outperformance,” Reckitt said it will consider all options for the business. Closing price 7286.00p (Bloomberg)
