Aggreko PLC (AGK.LN) - Has been awarded a $40m contract to provide temporary electricity for the Olympic Winter Games in PyeongChang 2018. In addition, as part of the agreement, it will be a sponsor of the Olympic Games. Closing price 949.00p (Dow Jones Newswires)

Glencore (GLEN.L) – Debt issued by the miner is the best performer of the €51.2bn in notes bought by the ECB under its corporate bond purchase program. A Glencore bond maturing in 2021, one of the first to be acquired by the bank, gives the central bank a return of about 3.6% for every 100 euros of the notes that it bought. Closing price 285.40p (Bloomberg)

Next PLC (NXT.L) – Has cut its annual profit forecast and predicted a difficult year ahead. Now sees full year total full price sales down -1.0%. Having previously forecast full year pre-tax profit between £785m-£825m, it is now expected to be at lower end of range at £792m. Closing price 4770.00p (Dow Jones Newswires)
