Berkeley Group (BKG.L) - Posted a 34% increase in pre-tax profit to £392.7m in the six months to October end, the number of reservations fell 20% in H1 of their financial year due to an increase in property tax and the uncertainty created by the Brexit vote, higher stamp duty and buy to let attacks on landlords.
