Dow Jones (Wall Street Cash), De DAX (Germany 30 Cash), UK 100 ( UK 100 Cash) -The Libor rate jumped by the most since August, reaching 0.9%, the highest figure since May 2009. Investors are betting that Donald Trump’s policies will spur faster interest-rate increases from the Fed as he ramps up government spending. The market is pricing in a greater probability of a Fed rate hike in December, leading Libor rates higher. Current levels 18,860pts, 10,671pts, 6,839pts (Bloomberg)
