Kingfisher Plc (KGF.L) – Reported their Q1 sales of £2.7bn, up 3.6% lfl, trading in line with expectations. Closing price 363.70p (Reuters)

Aveva Group (AVV.L) - Reports 18% drop in Full year pretax profit, revenue down 3% on £201.5m vs £208.7m generated the previous year, pre-tax profit down from £62.1m to £51.2m, however increasing its dividend up 20% to 30pp share. Closing price 1598.00p (Reuters)

Severn Trent (SVT.L) -  Its pretax profit for full year to march fell 3.2% but expects to save £670m in total expenditure between April 2015 and March 2020. It locked in further efficiencies. The savings are £260m ahead of the expenditure target imposed by the British regulator. Closing price 2214.00p (Reuters)

Anglo American (AAL.L), Glencore (GLEN.L), BHP Billiton (BHP.L), Rio Tinto (RIO.L) – The US dollar pared recent losses amid growing concern from investors about the likelihood of a U.S interest rate hike in the coming weeks, making dollar denominated commodities more expensive and cooling appetite for riskier assets. Closing prices 598.40p, 128.80p, 811.40p, 1,944.00p. (Reuters)
