SAB Miller (SAB) - Japan's Asahi Group Holdings Ltd will submit a bid as early as next week to buy SAB's Grolsch and Peroni brands for as much as $3.4 bn. Closing Price 4035p (Reuters)

Taylor Wimpey (TW) - Said it was confident of delivering increased returns to its shareholders in 2015 after its sales rose 7% last year. It built 13,341 homes in 2015 with its operating profit margin rising to over 20%. Closing price 193.70p (Reuters)

Barclays (BARC) -  Eleven former employees of Deutsche Bank, Barclays and Societe Generale are due to become on Monday the first people charged formally with conspiracy to rig Euribor, an international benchmark used to set interest rates on a wide range of financial products, including mortgages. Closing Price 200.15p (Reuters)

Laird (LRD) - Amphenol assessing takeover, talks early stages.  Closing Price 329p ((Telegraph)

Anglo American (AAL) - Reports to sell Brazil mine for $1bn this week. Closing price 229.2p (Times)

Old Mutual (OML) - South African rand currency falls by 9% overnight. Closing price 155.9p
