Royal Bank of Scotland (RBS.L) - UK Gov has sold a £2.1bn stake in Royal Bank of Scotland to kick off the disposal of its holding. Closing Price 337.60p (Reuters)

Pendragon (PDG.L) - FY performance ahead of expectations. Interim dividend 0.6 p/share. Anticipated FY outturn comfortably ahead of expectations, Underlying profit before tax +22.9% to £40.3m. Closing Price 39p (Reuters)

Antofagasta (ANTO.L), Rio Tinto (RIO.L) and Vedanta (VED.L) - The price of copper entered bear market territory to trade at a six-year low amid concern over slackening demand for commodities. Closing Prices 568.00p, 2432.50p and 382.40p respectively (Bloomberg)
