WEIR GROUP (WEIR.L) - Weir Plc said orders from its oil and gas business fell 23% in the first quarter and it expects the decline to continue into the second quarter. Closing Price 1738p (Reuters)

Greggs (GRG.L) - Announced a £20m special dividend, sales in the first four months of the year had exceeded its expectations. It had decided to scrap a proposed share buyback and would instead pay a special dividend of 20pps on July 17, in light of its strong cash position. Sales for the 16 weeks to April 25 rise by 5%. Next (NXT.L) -  Full price sales for first thirteen weeks of financial year were up +3.2% of which +1.9% came from opening of new space. This is slightly ahead of guidance given in March for first half of year, which was 0% to +3%.  Closing Price 7165.00p (Reuters)

TSB Banking Group  (TSB.L) – Q1 new and switching bank accounts share increased to 7.9%, above its target of 6%. The 7th biggest UK lender posted a group profit before tax for the three months to March 31 of £34.2m, up £153.3% from Q4 of last year. Closing price 334.60p (Reuters)

Barclays (BARC.L) - Set aside another £800 million pounds to cover fines and settlements for alleged foreign exchange manipulation and other past conduct issues, dragging profits down by a quarter. Pre-tax profit was £1.85bn, up 9% from a year ago, just above the average forecast of £1.81bn from analysts. Closing price 261.40p (Reuters)
