Imagination Technologies Group Plc (IMG.L) FY revenue rose 13%  to £170m.  Licensing revenues up 32% to £38.3m. Adjusted operating profit of £24.1m.  Board remains confident that group is on track to deliver continued progress.  Closing Price 233.50p (Reuters)

BHP Billiton (BLT.L) - planning to cut more jobs at its flagship Australian iron ore division as it seeks to reduce costs, following a slump in iron prices. Closing price1938p. (Reuters)

Petrofac (PFC.L) - In line with previous guidance, net profit for the full year 2014 expected to be in the range US$580 million to US$600 million; net profit expected to be significantly weighted toward H2 2014. Closing price 1254p. (Reuters)

Croda International Plc (CRDA.L) Expects Q2 pre-tax profits to be approximately 8% below its pre-tax profit performance in Q1. Greater transactional currency costs and a slightly less favourable product mix in consumer care than that seen in Q1.  Closing Price 2406p (Reuters).
