Saga (SAGA.L) - priced its London share listing at the bottom of its original range, the company said on Friday, valuing the company at £2.1bn. Offer will be priced at 185p a share and will raise gross proceeds of £550m. Half of the new shares have been allocated to retail investors and half to institutions. (Reuters)

Astrazeneca (AZN.L) - BlackRock - AstraZeneca largest shareholder - wants the drugmaker to resume talks with Pfizer Inc about a potential sale eventually, but backs its decision this week to reject Pfizer's current bid, according to two people familiar with the matter. Closing price 4275p. (Reuters)

Close Brothers (CBG.L) - Said the loan book of its banking division grew to £5.1bn during the third quarter and that it was confident of delivering a "strong" result for the financial year. Closing price 1328p. (Reuters)

Smiths Group (SMIN.L) - Full year outlook for headline operating profit is in line with expectations for all businesses except Smiths Detection. Warns on profitability at detection unit. Closing price 1315p. (Reuters)

Firstgroup (FGP.L), Go-Ahead Group (GOG.L), Stagecoach (SGC.L) - Britain on Friday awarded a contract to run the expanded Thameslink rail network in London to Govia, a joint venture led by transport operator Go-Ahead , in a blow for FirstGroup which currently operates part of the line. Govia beat competition from four shortlisted bidders -Abellio, FirstGroup, MTR and Stagecoach. Closing prices 134.8p, 1939p, 378.5p. (Reuters)
