Dixons shareholders will receive 0.155 of a new Dixons Carphone share in exchange for each Dixons share. Closing Prices 327.80p & 50.90p (Reuters)
London Stock Exchange (LSE.L) – Reported a 50% rise in FY revenue at £1.09bn, up from £762.4m a year earlier and above analysts' expectations.
Adjusted profit before tax was up 17% at £514.7m. Closing Price 1801.00p (Reuters)
Thomas Cook (TCG.L) - Reported an Operating loss of £187mn, a 6% improvement on the same period last year and said a cost-saving project was ahead of target, giving it confidence in its plan to become a more profitable business in the coming years. Closing Price 178.60p (Reuters)
